Spring Time Means Active Wildlife
Be Respectful And Keep Your Distance. Moose, bears and cougars are EXTREMELY protective of their newborns. Please make sure your guests are alerted and take the necessary precautions with children and pets. DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OR GARBAGE OUTSIDE, this attracts bears and is unsafe and unfair to these amazing animals. To report bear or cougar sightings, contact the Utah Department of Natural Resources (DNR) (801)491-5678 to file a report. The state collects this data to learn about these species and it helps them determine if they need to relocate an animal. Also, report your sighting to Timber Lakes Security (435)785-8764.

June TLPOA Board Meeting
Our June board meeting is held on June 17, 2015. All owners welcome. Check the owners-only private site for location, time and agenda.

Roads
FYI, by putting your vehicle into 4-wheel drive in the summer on TLPOA roads you can help prevent washboards! And please remember our speed limits: 25 on most TLPOA roads. The limits are for your safety and to maintain the roads too.
