Our annual meeting will be held in the Wasatch County Senior Citizen Center,  located at 465 East 1200 South in Heber City, Utah on Saturday, July 11, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Please note this is a different location than last year. We hope you will make plans to attend. If you cannot attend, please return the mail-in ballot you will receive in June.

If you are interested in running for one of the three board positions open this year, please complete a Board Candidate Application Form and return it to the office by Friday, May 15, 2009.

We have a good board, but this is your chance to make it a better board if you feel you can make a contribution to the quality of life on the mountain. The quality of our election process is only as good as the candidates who are willing to run.

Our annual meeting will be held in the Wasatch Mountain Junior High School gymnasium, located at 200 East 800 South in Heber City, Utah on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Please note this is a different location than last year. We hope you will make plans to attend. If you cannot attend, please return your mail-in ballot.

This year, there are only three candidates on the ballot. They are running for the three open positions on the board. As a board, we tried hard to get more candidates, but in the end, only these three owners were willing to run. You may write-in a candidate on your ballot. You may also nominate a candidate from the floor in the meeting. Regardless of how many candidates we end up with, please exercise your right to elect our board of directors by voting in this election.
