Animal attack

A dog was attacked on the west side of the development early this morning by what we think was a cougar. It is not unusual for wildlife to be in the development at this time of year, but all residents are advised to not allow their pets or young children to be outside alone, particularly during the dusk and dawn hours. DWR is aware of this, and the animal apparently roams in the area at the end of West View out to the LDS church property.  If you see a cougar in the development, please call either DWR or the Sheriff (911), and then notify Security. Additional information about personal protection and who to call is provided at the following link:  http://wildlife.utah.gov/cougar/pdf/cougar_brochure.pdf

Board Candidates

We would like to encourage property owners to step up and become candidates for election to the Timber Lakes Board of Directors. We have our annual election in July and there are three board positions open. The Board makes better decisions when owners are willing to get involved and participate. Please consider giving something back to our mountain community and run for the Board. If you are willing to become a candidate, please complete the Board Candidate Application Form and return it to the office ASAP. Thank you.

Welcome to the Timber Lakes Property Owners Association website. If you are a property owner, we encourage you to please sign up for our Board Blog. This is a simple, easy way to receive important information from your Board of Directors. All you need to do is register your email address with us and then reply to a followup registration email. We will not share your email address with anyone and we will only email you when we have something we think is important for all owners to know. You can easily unsubscribe from this service if you get tired of hearing from us. Visit our Board Blog page on this website to see what we have emailed in the past to your fellow owners. IMPORTANT NOTE: Comcast (Xfinity) periodically blocks our email alerts sent to comcast.net addresses as spam. If you have an alternate email address, use it. If not, sign up with your comcast address and our webmaster will try to contact you when our email to you is blocked. Thank you.
